Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of skillsaggregator (the “Service”), operated by Arteversio LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the Service or starting a membership, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are. skillsaggregator is an independent, curated directory of third-party “skills” and MCP connectors for Anthropic’s Claude. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. “Claude” and “Anthropic” are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC, used here only to describe compatibility.

2. The Service. We provide a searchable library of skills and connectors, a free security-scanning tool (“Skill Checker”), and related features. Skills and connectors are created and maintained by third parties, not by us, and are made available for your reference “as is.” You are responsible for reviewing a skill’s source and permissions before installing or running it.

3. Eligibility & accounts. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account. Sign-in uses a one-time email code; keep access to your email secure.

4. Membership, billing & automatic renewal. Full access requires a paid membership of US$99 per year, preceded by a 2-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is automatically charged US$99, and your membership renews automatically each yearat the then-current annual price until you cancel. We’ll email you a receipt for each charge. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card details.

5. Cancellation & refunds. You can cancel anytime from Settings; cancelling during the trial means you are never charged, and cancelling a paid membership stops the next renewal while access continues to the end of the paid period. Because the 2-day free trial lets you evaluate the Service before any charge, annual memberships are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law. 6. Third-party skills, connectors & security scanning. Listings point to third-party software. Trust tiers, health, popularity, and security grades are automated, best-effort signals to help you decide — not guarantees. The Skill Checker performs heuristic static analysis; it can flag common risk patterns but cannot catch everything, and some flags may be benign in context. Always review a skill’s source before installing. We are not liable for third-party software you choose to install.

7. Acceptable use. Don’t misuse the Service: no scraping or bulk extraction, no bypassing the paywall, security controls, or rate limits, no reselling access, and nothing unlawful. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual property. The Service’s design, curation, and original content are ours or our licensors’. Third-party skills remain the property of their authors under their own licenses. You may use the Service for your own internal purposes; you may not copy or redistribute the catalog itself.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability. The Service and all listings are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Changes. We may update the Service and these Terms. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Fe County, New Mexico.
